Success Control of Public Relations Measure through PR - Evaluation

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the area of "public relations". The theoretical part defines the term "public relations", describes the target, the target audience and different kinds of public relations. Furthermore I describe the history of public relations in the entire world and especially in the Czech Republic. The historical part is followed by the evaluation of public relations in a marketing context. The following two chapters briefly describe different evaluation models, which are finally compared. The practical part focuses on the company Witte Nejdek s.r.o. and its communication with public. The company has been conducted by a qualified research with the help of a questionnaire in order to determine and evaluate the PR activities the company performs. These activities are summarized and commented. In the last chapter of the practical part I give on the basis of my evaluation some recommendations for an improvement of the PR communication of the company Witte Nejdek, s.r.o. The whole thesis is then summarized in the last chapter, and on the last pages you will find the bibliography and the images directory.

Abstract:

Die Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Bereich "Public Relations". Theoretischer Teil definiert den Begriff "Public Relations", beschreibt die Ziele, Zielgruppen und Arten der Public Relations. Weiters wird in der Arbeit die Geschichte der Public Relations in der Welt und in der Tschechischen Republik beschrieben. Auf den historischen Teil folgt die PR-Evaluation im Marketingkontext. In zwei weiteren Teilen werden kurz die Bewertungsmodelle beschrieben und miteinander verglichen. Der praktische Teil der Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Firma Witte Nejdek s.r.o. und ihrer Kommunikation mit der Öffentlichkeit. Bei der Firma wurde eine qualitative Forschung mit Hilfe eines Fragebogens durchgeführt. Ziel dieser Forschung war festzustellen, wie die Firma ihre PR-Aktivitäten durchführt und wie diese Aktivitäten evaluiert werden. Diese Aktivitäten werden zusammengefasst und kommentiert. Im letzten Kapitel werden der Firma Witte Nejdek s.r.o. Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Kommunikation und Verbesserung ihrer PR Evaluation gemacht. Die ganze Bachelorarbeit wird abschließend im letzten Kapitel zusammengefasst und auf den letzten Seiten befindet sich das Literaturverzeichnis und Bilderverzeichnis.
