Use of LabVIEW in molecular spectroscopy
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci je vytvořen počítačový program v prostředí LabVIEW pro praktikum z analytické chemie, pro laboratorní úlohu Fotometrická titrace. Program komunikuje se spektrofotometrem, ukládá a vyhodnocuje naměřené absorbance ve formě titrační křivky. Vyhodnocení je možno ukládat do souboru.
Abstract:
In this bachelor's thesis, the program in LabVIEW environment is created for the laboratory course for the analytical chemistry - laboratory exercise Photometric titration. The program communicates with spectrophotometer along with storing and evaluating measured absorbance in form of titration curve. The evaluation is possible to save to the file.
