Declarations of the Czech nobility deputies defending the Czechoslovak state and nation between 1938 and 1939
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje vývoji česky orientované šlechty v Československu po roce 1918, především pak šlechtickým deklaracím z let 1938-1939. Deklaracemi čeští šlechtici veřejně vystoupili na obranu československého státu a národa, se kterým se tímto oficiálně ztotožnili. Práce se dále zabývá i osudem deklarantů v následném období protektorátu Čechy a Morava.
Abstract:
The present thesis examines the development of the Czech nobility in Czechoslovakia after 1918, particularly the noble declarations between 1938 and 1939. By these declarations, Czech noblemen publicly stood up for the Czechoslovak state, and they indentified themselves with the nation.
