Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce nese název „Násilná trestná činnost“ a je zaměřena primárně na sériové vrahy, jejich dospívání, psychické poruchy a typologii. Práce rozebírá několik vrahů, na kterých lze poukázat na vliv dospívání pachatele mnohonásobných vražd. Dále se zabývá nejčastějšími psychickými poruchami těchto pachatelů, protože ne každý vrah má prvotní spouštěč v dětství. A jako poslední jsou rozebrány typy sériových vrahů, které se dělí podle motivu pachatele ke spáchání takto ohavných činů. Cílem mé práce je prostudovat vybrané sériové vrahy, prozkoumat jejich pohnutky ke spáchání daných trestných činů, zaměřit se na jejich dětství a vliv dospívání na budoucí konání. Dále bych chtěla objasnit některé pojmy, které se k tomuto tématu vztahují.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is titled "Violent Crime" and focuses primarily on serial killers, their adolescence, psychological disorders and typology. The thesis discusses several killers on which the influence of adolescence of the offender of multiple murders can be shown. It also discusses the most common psychological disorders of these offenders, as not every killer has a primary trigger in childhood. And lastly, the types of serial killers are discussed, divided by the motive of the perpetrator to commit such heinous acts. The purpose of my thesis is to study selected serial killers, examine their motives for committing the crimes in question, and focus on their childhood and the influence of their adolescence on their future actions. Furthermore, I would like to clarify some of the concepts that relate to this topic.
