Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivování zaměstnanců v podniku The PUB Praha 2. Cílem práce je analyzovat souhlas a důležitost s výroky týkající se stimulačních prostředků a navrhnout řešení pro zlepšení motivace pracovníků. This Bachelor Thesis engages with the issue of employees' motivation in The PUB Praha 2 Company. Main goal of this Thesis is to analyse an agreement and an importance with statements relating to stimulative resources and to propose a solutions for improvement the employees' motivation.
