Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je nejprve teoreticky vymezena zkoumaná problematika. Dále byla provedena analýza vybraných interních procesů v NAPA TRUCKS spol. s r. o.. Konkrétně byla pozornost zaměřena na faktury přijaté a objednávky přijaté a následně byly navržena opatření ke zlepšení vybraných interních procesů v NAPA TRUCKS spol. s r. o.
Abstract:
In the bachelor thesis the theoretical definition of the problem is firstly defined. Next, the analysis of selected internal processes in NAPA TRUCKS spol. s r. o. was carried out. Specifically, attention was focused on invoices received and orders received and subsequently measures to improve selected internal processes in NAPA TRUCKS spol. s r. o. were proposed.
