Bakalářská práce se zabývá varováním a informováním obyvatelstva za mimořádných událostí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. The bachelors thesis deals with warning and informing of the population during emergencies. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
