Exportní příležitosti a nevyužitý exportní potenciál ČR v Argentině

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou závislosti České republiky na okolních exportních trzích a zkoumá exportní příležitosti českých exportérů v Argentině. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda má Česká republika v Argentině nevyužitý exportní potenciál, a pokud ano, vypočítat jeho celkové množství a identifikovat potenciálně perspektivní položky pro český export. Práce si také klade za cíl zjistit, které faktory nejvíce ovlivňují výši nevyužitého exportního potenciálu České republiky na cílovém trhu. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje teoretické poznatky z teorie komparativních výhod, které následuje srovnání teoretických konceptů s jejich praktickým využitím při kalkulaci exportních příležitostí a exportního potenciálu. Zaměření se poté přesouvá na přehled existujících přístupů k měření exportního potenciálu. Výzkum je prováděn na základě metodiky Mezinárodního obchodního centra, která vede k hlavnímu výstupu práce – výši nevyužitého exportního potenciálu a určení prosperujících položek pro český export v Argentině. Výpočet je omezen na úroveň čtyřmístného kódu harmonizovaného systému, a z důvodu dostupnosti dat je do výpočtu zahrnuto 1090 skupin výrobků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the Czech Republic’s dependence on nearby export markets and explores the export opportunities of Czech exporters in Argentina. The bachelor thesis aims to determine if the Czech Republic has an unrealized export potential in Argentina and if so, to subsequently calculate its overall amount, as well as to identify potentially prospective items for the Czech export in Argentina. A partial goal of the thesis is to find out which factors have the most influence on the unrealized export potential of the Czech Republic in the selected market. The bachelor thesis covers the theoretical knowledge regarding the comparative advantage theory, followed by the process of comparing theoretical concepts with their practical use within the calculation of export opportunities and the export potential. The focus is then shifted to the overview of existing approaches for measuring the export potential. The research is carried out based on the International Trade Centre methodology, which leads to the main output of the thesis – the amount of unrealized export potential and the determination of the prosperous items for the Czech export in Argentina. The calculation is restricted to Harmonised System 4-digit level, and 1090 product groups are included in the calculation due to the data available.
