Treasure-trove in Legal Regulation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou nálezu pokladu v římském právu a v moderních kodifikacích od ABGB po současný občanský zákoník. Srovnává ustanovení o nálezu pokladu v jednotlivých kodifikacích, poměr archeologických nálezů a pokladu a obsahuje také srovnání se zahraniční právní úpravou - slovenskou, německou a rakouskou.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with legislation of treasure-trove in the Roman law and modern codifications from ABGB to present civil code. This thesis compares provision about discovery the treasure in individual codifications, ratio of archeological findings and the treasure. It also contains the comparison with foreign legislation of Slovakia, Germany and Austria.
