Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá právnou povahou voľných licencií v českom a európskom práve. Voľné licencie sa týkajú predmetov duševného vlastníctva a v kontinentálnych právnych systémoch sú chápané ako licenčné zmluvy podľa autorského práva. Typicky sú to verejné adhézne zmluvy.
