Abstract:

V úvodu se diplomová práce zabývá zejména ozřejměním toho, co má být cílem a výstupem, stanovením předpokládané pracovní hypotézy, důvodem výběru a aktuálností problematiky, současným stavem tématu a popisem řešených problémů. Teoreticko- metodologická část uvádí základní skutečnosti a poznatky z oblasti podnikání a problematiky tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Obsahuje přípravu, zpracování a realizaci obecného podnikatelského plánu. Ve druhé části se soustředí na oblast vzdělávání, která je zvláštní poskytovaným produktem. Seznamuje čtenáře s formami vzdělávání. Tak navazuje na aplikační část diplomové práce. Aplikační část formuluje celkové zpracování podnikatelského záměru nově vznikající komerční vzdělávací instituce s klíčovými oblastmi a jeho prověření v rámci již existující vzdělávací organizace. Závěr zahrnuje sumarizaci poznatků, osobní přínos do řešené problematiky, vyhodnocení cíle práce a tak podobně.

Abstract:

In the introduction, the thesis deals especially what the aim and output are to be, providing estimated working hypothesis, the reason for the selection and the issue’s timeliness, the current state of the subject and description of the problems solved. Theoretical and methodological part provides basic facts and knowledge of business issues and business plan creation. It includes the preparation, processing and realization of the general business plan. The second part focuses on education, which is provided as a specific product. It also acquaints readers with the forms of education, so it builds on the application part of the thesis. The application part formulates the total process of an emerging business plan of commercial educational institution with key areas and its screening of the existing educational organizations. The conclusion includes a summarization of knowledge, personal contribution in solving the problem, the work objective evaluation and so on.
