This bachelor's thesis deals with issues of kindergarten staff members specifics. The aim is to describe the specifics, as well as the teaching staff. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the specifics of the given kindergarten staff in the Vysočina region using empirical studies. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical.
