Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat stresory ovlivňující pohodu a výkon práce zaměstnanců ve společnosti XYZ. Teoretická část se věnuje definici stresu, typům stresorů, příznakům a následkům stresu, jeho vlivem na fyzické a psychické zdraví a metodám zvládání a prevence stresu. Praktická část je zaměřena na identifikaci konkrétních stresorů ve vybrané společnosti prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Získané výsledky ukázaly, že hlavním stresorem pro zaměstnance představuje vysoký objem práce, nejasné požadavky a očekávání ze strany zaměstnavatele. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byla navrhnuta opatření k eliminaci těchto stresorů, která by měla vést ke zlepšení pohody a výkonu zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the stressors affecting the well-being and work performance of employees in XYZ company. The theoretical part deals with the definition of stress, types of stressors, symptoms and consequences of stress, its effect on physical and mental health and methods of stress management and prevention. The practical part focuses on the identification of specific stressors in the selected company through a questionnaire survey. The results obtained showed that the main stressors for employees are high workload, unclear demands, and expectations from the employer. Based on the findings, measures were proposed to eliminate these stressors, which should lead to improved well-being and employee performance.
