Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium vlivu stupně pražení, hrubosti mletí a přípravy na aromatický profil výběrových káv. Jako způsob přípravy byly zvoleny metody jako espresso, French press, aeropress a Cold brew. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the study of the influence of roasting degree, grinding coarseness and preparation on the aromatic profile of selected coffees. The preparation methods chosen were espresso, French press, aeropress and Cold brew.
