V této diplomové práci se věnujeme vlivům různých geneticky podmíněných faktorů na závažnost průběhu onemocnění cystické fibrózy. Tyto faktory zahrnují na CFTR nezávislé genetické modifikátory a jsou popsány v první části této práce. Dále je provedena analýza genetických polymorfizmů u vybraných pacientů pro modifikátory, u kterých bylo usouzeno, že vykazují vysokou šanci ovlivnit průběh cystické fibrózy …more
Abstract:
In this thesis we study the influences of various gene-dependent factors on the severity of cystic fibrosis. These factors include those, that are independent on the CFTR gene and are described in the first part of this thesis.
