The school adaptation courses

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o školních adaptačních kurzech. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaké jsou okolnosti přípravy, realizace a evaluace vybraného adaptačního kurzu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a empirické. V první části se nejprve zabývám školní třídou jako sociální skupinou, poté nastiňuji období adolescence. Dále se zaměřuji na vysvětlení výchozího pojmu adaptace a navazuji charakteristikou adaptačního kurzu. Pokračuji kapitolou týkající se organizace adaptačních kurzů. V poslední kapitole této části shrnuji uvedené teoretické poznatky. Ve druhé části práce vymezuji cíle, hlavní a dílčí výzkumné otázky, popisuji metodologii výzkumu. Dále popisuji a interpretuji získaná data. V poslední kapitole odpovídám na hlavní a dílčí výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with school adaptation courses. The goal of this thesis is to answer the question, what are the circumstances of preparation, realisation and evaluation of the given adaptation course. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical. In the first part I engage in the school class as a social group. Then I outline the period of adolescence, afterwards I direct on the explanation of the starting construct „adaptation“ and I follow on the characterization of adaptation courses. I continue the chapter about organisation of adaptation courses. In the last chapter of this part I summarize teoretical knowledge. In the second part of this thesis I specify the goals, the main and partial exploration questions and I describe the metodology of research. Then I describe and construe the obtained facts. In the last chapter I answer the main and partial exploration questions.
