Education of ski instructire in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Vzdělávání lyžařských instruktorů v České republice.“ se zabývá problematikou poskytování vzdělávání v oblasti lyžařských instruktorů a popisuje cestu k získáni licence v tomto oboru. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část práce je část teoretická, kde je podrobně popisována problematika vzdělávání, vzdělávání dospělých a zájmové vzdělávání. Následně jsou zde popsány lyžařské instituce, které působí v České republice. Poté je vybrána pouze jedna daná instituce, která je velmi dopodrobna popsána. V empirické části práce zkoumá cestu k roli lyžařského instruktora, jejich impulsy a předpoklady proto stát se instruktorem. Tento jev byl zkoumán pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Jako respondenti byli vybráni instruktoři dané lyžařské školy.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis „Education of ski instructors in Czech Republic. “Is about the pro-blematic in providing the education in the ski instructors field and is describing the path to acquire a license in this field. This work is divided into two parts. First part is the theoretical part where we will describe the problematic of education, education of adults and hobby education in detail. Then there is description of the ski institutions which operates in Czech Republic. After that there is only one insti-tution that was chosen and that is described in detail. In the empiric part of the work, we research the path to the role of the ski instructor, its impulses and prerequisites to become an instructor. This phenomenon was researched thanks to qualitative research in the form of half-structured interview. As respondents they were chosen instructors from that chosen ski school.
