Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the analysis of democracy and Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) to Serbia and Montenegro during 2007 to 2013. Serbia and Montenegro are countries pursuing the EU membership. Reforms, which are founded by the EU, are being implemented in both countries to support democracy.
