Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem tzv. kryptoměn, který je nejdříve popsán v rovině technické, na češ jsou analyzovány jeho právní a ekonomické stránky. Stěžejní otázkou zkoumanou v práci je, zda kryptoměny mají všechny charakteristické vlastnosti peněz a zda jsou schopny nahradit kompletně nebo aspoň z části „klasické“ měny. The diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of so-called cryptocurrencies, which is first described in technical terms, on which its legal and economic aspects are analyzed. The central question examined in this work is whether cryptocurrencies have all the characteristic features of money and whether they are able to replace fully or at least in part "classical" currencies.
