Tax Execution

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Daňová exekuce“ je charakteristika procesu daňové exekuce, identifikace problematických míst a konfrontace dosažených poznatků se statistickými údaji Finanční správy České republiky z oblasti vymáhání daní ve světle změn, které přinesl zákon č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád. První část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku právních předpisů, které se věci týkají, za použití komentářů erudovaných právníků. Druhá část se bude věnovat aplikaci dosažených poznatků na statistiku Finanční správy, konfrontaci teorie s praxí a pokusu poukázat na některá slabší místa procesu daňové exekuce s návrhem na zlepšení.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: „Tax Execution“ is to characterize the process of tax execution, identification of problematic spots and confrontation of achieved findings with statistical data about tax enforcement provided by Financial Administration of Czech Republic, in the light of the law no. 280/2009 Coll., Tax Code. First part of this thesis focuses on characterization of law governing selected matters using commentary of erudite lawyers. Second part is dedicated to application of achieved findings on statistical data of Financial Administration, confrontation of theory with the general practice, and an attempt to point out some of the weaker spots of the process of tax enforcement, with suggested improvements.
