Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je "Spoluúčast rodiče dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou v rámci multidisciplinárního týmu". Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké je postavení rodiče v multidisciplinárním týmu u dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Zajímá mě vnímání propojenosti koordinované rehabilitace, která souvisí s prací odborníků v multidisciplinárních týmech v rámci dlouhodobé péče. Úkolem práce je zmapovat zapojení členů rodiny při péči o zdravotně postižené dítě, využití respitních služeb. Dále také úplnost multidisciplinárních týmů, co se týká zastoupení odborníků, komunikaci rodičů s odborníky, spokojenost rodičů s prací odborníků, ale také to, zda se rodiče cítí být důležitou součástí týmu. Pro účely této práce byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda sběru dat s využitím techniky dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl sestaven na základě teoretického prostudování materiálů týkajících se této problematiky. Oslovení respondenti byli samotní rodiče dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou.

Abstract:

This study topic is "Participation Parent of a Child with Cerebral Palsy in a Multidisciplinary Team". The goal of the thesis is to find out what is the position of a parent in a multidisciplinary team in a child with cerebral palsy. Main focus is on (parents) perception of the coordinated rehabilitation that is closely connected to the long term care by experts in the multidisciplinary teams. The thesis main task is to observe how family relatives are participating in the treatment of the handicap children. The study concentrate on the use of the respite services, specialists representation in the multidisciplinary teams, parents active communication with professionals, and their satisfaction with the professional treatment, and if parents feel to be important part of the team. Primary and secondary data has been collected in the research that has been used for further analysis. The research methodology was quantitative data collection. In the practical part was created questionnaire. Questions were formed based on theoretical research and previous findings. The respondents were parents of kids with cerebral palsy.
