Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvořit kompetenční model na pozici mzdové účetní do spo-lečnosti Š-Servis Praha s.r.o. za pomoci online kompetenčního dotazníku a rozhovorů. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem kompetence, její historií, slož-kami, znaky a možným dělením, dále pak kompetenčními modely a zásadami jejich tvorby. V praktické části práce probíhá nejprve identifikace behaviorál-ních a odborných kompetencí a jejich požadované úrovně prostřednictvím rozhovorů s manažerem týmu mzdových účetních a zástupcem personálního oddělení. Poté je úroveň behaviorálních kompetencí u jednotlivých pracovní-ků změřena a výsledky jsou porovnány s výstupem rozhovorů. Na základě těchto poznatků je v poslední kapitole vytvořen kompetenční model.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to profile a competency model for the position of pay-roll accountant in the Š-Servis Praha s.r.o. company using online competency questionnaire and interviews. The theoretical part deals with the concept of competency, its history, components, characteristics, and possible types, as well as with competency models and principles of its profiling. In the practical part the identification of behavioural and technical competencies and their required levels is obtained through interviews with a manager of the payroll accountants and a representative of the HR department. Consequently, the level of behavioural competencies of individual respondents is measured and these findings are compared with the outcomes of the interviews. Based on these findings, a competency model is created in the last chapter.
