Domain names and domain disputes
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se nejprve zabývá právní povahou doménových jmen a shrnuje jednotlivé způsoby porušování práv k doménovým jménům. Dále se věnuje institutům českého právního řádu, s nimiž se nejčastěji doménová jména dostávají do kolize. Na závěr jsou uváděna některá rozhodnutí českých a německých soudů a vybraná rozhodnutí Rozhodčího a mediačního střediska při WIPO.
Abstract:
First of all, the text is focused on the legal nature of domain name. The domain names can also collide with some juridical institutes. Finally it cites some decisions of the Czech and German courts and chosen decisions of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
