Main topic of thesis is area of outsourcing in form of Build-Operate-Transfer model. The focus is set to area of software development. The aim of the thesis is to summarize features of Build-Operate-Transfer and compare them with other similar models such as Build-Operate-Own-Transfer, Design-Build-Operate.
