Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je analýza výdajů státního rozpočtu v letech 2012 - 2017, zejména se zaměřením na příčiny růstu těchto výdajů. V první kapitole jsou na základě teorie veřejných financí vymezeny důvody existence výdajů a příjmů státního rozpočtu. Část kapitoly se věnuje též udržitelnosti růstu výdajů státního rozpočtu. The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of expenditures of government budget in 2012 - 2017, it is especially focused on causes of growth of expenditures. In the first chapter, reasons for existence of expenditures and revenues of government budget are defined.
