Treatment options of Yperite (Mustard Gas) poisoning
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit čtenáři problematiku bojové látky Yperit od počátků jejího vývoje až do současnosti. Popisuje mechanizmy působení na různých úrovních, akutní projevy a dopady jejího vlivu na lidský organizmus. Shrnuje možnosti prevence, akutních opatření i léčby při zasažení. Dále se zabývá možnostmi chemoterapeutického využití látek odvozených od yperitu.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to explain the issues warfare agent mustard gas from the beginning of its development until now. The work describes the toxicity mechanisms at different levels, acute manifestations and impacts of its effect on the human organism. Summarizes the prevention, acute measures and treatment when hitting. It concerns the possibility of use mustard agents in chemotherapy
