Integration of Mongolian children to kindergarten in Stráž pod Ralskem

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je integrace mongolských dětí do Mateřské školy ve Stráži pod Ralskem. Zmiňované město se učí žít s cizinci, kteří přijíždějí do České republiky hlavně kvůli pracovním příležitostem. Mongolská minorita tu zakládá rodiny a jejich děti začínají navštěvovat místní mateřskou školu. Kvantitativní výzkum, který probíhal v Mateřské škole ve Stráži pod Ralskem, nám v praktické části umožní zmapovat problémy, které vyplývají z integrace těchto dětí. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření, které znázorníme pomocí grafů, se pokusíme zjistit, do jaké míry působí obtíže mongolským dětem jazyková bariéra při jejich adaptaci do českého předškolního vzdělávání. Vyhodnotíme také dotazníkové šetření o praktických zkušenostech učitelek se začleňováním dětí mongolského původu do českého předškolního vzdělávání a názory českých i mongolských rodičů na soužití dětí odlišných národností.

Abstract:

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is the integration of Mongolian children in a kindergarten in a small town called Straz pod Ralskem. Mentioned town is learning to live with foreigners who come to the Czech Republic and trying accept them mainly because of employment opportunities. Mongolian minority establish itself and has founded families and their children begin attending the local kindergarten. The quantitative research that took place in the kindergarten in Straz pod Ralskem, in the practical part will allow to identify the problems arising from the integration of these children. Based on the results of the research, illustrated and shown in graphs, we tried to find out to what extent the Mongolian children language barrier difficulties in their adaptation to the Czech preschool education. We tried to find out to what extent the difficulties Mongolian children the language barrier during their adaptation to the Czech preschool education. We will analyze and evaluate the survey on practical experience of teachers with integration and inclusion of children of Mongol origin in the Czech preschool education and the views of Czech and Mongolian parents of children on the coexistence of different nationalities.
