Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dárcovství a transplantací ledvin. Teoretická část je zaměřena na přiblížení problematiky dárcovství, vysvětlení pojmů, etické a právní aspekty, čekací listinu, dále na dárce orgánů a management ošetřovatelské péče o dárce a příjemce orgánů. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of donation and kidney transplantation. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of donation, explanation of concepts, ethical and legal aspects, waiting list, also on organ donors and the management of nursing care for organ donors and recipients.
