Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Srovnání efektivity leasingu a úvěru při koupi automobilu“ je komparace dvou forem financování dlouhodobé investice. Úvodní část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku leasingu, základní členění a historický vývoj leasingu až do současnosti. Druhá kapitola pojednává o právní a daňové úpravě leasingu a faktorech ovlivňující ekonomickou efektivnost leasingu. Třetí kapitola je věnována financování prostřednictvím bankovního úvěru, jeho základním typům, právní a daňové úpravě. Ve čtvrté kapitole je provedena komparace obou forem financování metodou čisté výhody leasingu a metodou diskontovaných výdajů na leasing a úvěr s ohledem na další kritéria.

Abstract:

The main theme of this bachelor essay „The comparison of the efficiency of the leasing and the loan on buying a car“ is comparison of two mentioned possibilities of financing by the long term investment. The introduction was focused on some general characteristic of the leasing, the basic division and historic development of the leasing up to nowadays. The second chapter was focused on the legislative and taxation regulation of the leasing and main factors that influence the economic efficiency as well. The third chapter was devoted to the financing through the banking loan, its basic types of the most usual bank loans, legislative and tax regulation of the bank loans. The comparison of both methods of financing calculated by net leasing advantage and discounted costs of leasing and loan were described in the chapter four.
