Abstract:

Diplomová práce ?Realizace redakčního systému v Českém rozhlase Ostrava? byla vypracována se záměrem vybrat a implementovat systém pro správu obsahů a dokumentů do stávající struktury IT. Práce má za cíl zmapovat dle stanovených kritérií dostupnou nabídku systémů, vybrat nejvhodnější kandidáty a systém nejlépe splňující definované požadavky následně implementovat a ověřit jeho přijetí zaměstnanci. Tento krok by měl být pouze začátkem dlouhodobého procesu. Cílem je snaha o spuštění následných aktivit směřujících k zefektivnění správy dokumentů a obsahů, vybudování na základě tohoto systému nad skupinou informací potřebné workflow a tím zkvalitnit činnost celé organizace.

Abstract:

The objective of the thesis is to describe the selection and implementation of the content management system for the regional public service radio, as well as its integration into the existing IT architecture. The aim is to map and rank available systems on the basis of pre-defined criteria, to select the most suitable one with respect to given criteria, to implement it, and finally, to reflect on its reception by the employees. The initial selection and implementation is just the first step in a long-term process. Subsequent activities should result in a more effective content management system and desired workflow to be developed on the basis if the system, thus making the organization more efficient.
