Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá bližším seznámením se s podmínkami trestní odpovědnosti mladistvých. Popisuje, jaké rozdíly jsou v trestním řízení u dospělých a u mladistvých a dále seznamuje s postupem v trestním řízení s dětmi mladšími patnácti let.
Abstract:
The graduate thesis deals with a closer acquaintance with the conditions of criminal liability of juveniles. It describes the differences in criminal proceedings between adults and juveniles and further introduces the procedure in criminal proceedings against children under the age of fifteen.
