Tato diplomová práce se zabývá novou českou úpravou krytých dluhopisů. Nejprve jsou představeny historické a ekonomické souvislosti krytých dluhopisů. This diploma thesis concerns with the new Czech covered bond legal framework. Firstly, historical and economic circumstances of covered bonds are introduced. Following next the conception of covered bonds in the Czech law in the context of the rest of the Europe is being examined.
