Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o promlčení věcných práv s přihlédnutím k jejich specifičnosti a odlišnosti od práv závazkových. Diplomová práce podává ucelený výklad o pojmu věcných práv a jejich systému v občanském zákoníku, a obecném pojetí institutu promlčení. This diploma thesis concerns the limitation of real rights considering its specificity and difference between real rights and obligations. The thesis submits comprehensive explanation of the term of real rights and its systematization in the Civil Code, and general concept of limita-tion.
