Metodický plán výcviku přežití v krizových situacích

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výcvikem sebeobrany v reálných krizových situacích pomocí dostupných technických prostředků. Cílem práce je metodický rozbor navrženého týdenního výcvikového programu pro výcvik v krizových situacích.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is concerning training of self-defence in real emergency situations and use of available technical means for this self-defence. The aim of the thesis is methodical analysis of weekly self-defence training plan in emergency situations.
