Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem učení na pracovišti mezi začínající a zkušenou učitelkou v mateřských školách. Předkládaná práce má za cíl reflektovat, jak probíhá učení na pracovišti mezi začínající a zkušenou učitelkou v mateřských školách.
