Práce se zabývá problematikou funkcí a účelu trestu a trestání v moderní společnosti se zaměřením na řešení této problematiky v právním řádu České Republiky včetně alternativního řešení trestních věcí, a to i s ohledem na záměry uplatněné v připravovaném trestním zákoníku. Abstract:
This Diploma Paper deals with the problem of the function and purpose of punishing and punishment in the modern society in view of the historical development of punishments and solving of these problems in the Czech Republic.
