Software for generation of simulated datasets for genome-wide association studies (GWAS)
Abstract:
This thesis describes and explains problematic genome association studies. The main goal was to analyze data used in these studies and afterwards develop an application that could generate simulated data of same type.
Abstract:
Práca vysvetľuje a popisuje problematiku genómových asociačných štúdií. Hlavným cieľom bolo zmapovať dáta používané pri týchto štúdiach a následne vytvoriť aplikáciu, ktorá bude generovať simulované dáta rovnakého typu.
