Liability of officials in the administrative law and liability of the administrativee bodies
Abstract:
Diplomová práce zkoumá právní úpravu odpovědnosti správních úřadů a úředních osob v rámci správního práva. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována právní úpravě odpovědnosti za škodu a poskytování zadostiučinění za nemajetkovou újmu správními úřady a odpovědnosti za škodu úředních osob.
Abstract:
The thesis examines legal regulation of the liability of administrative bodies and officials in the administrative law. Special attention is devoted to legal regulation of liability for damage and immaterial detriment compensation of the administrative bodies and liability for damage of the officials.
