Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na acidorezistentní bakterii Mycobacterium tuberculosis, která je původcem nejrozšířenějšího infekčního onemocnění na světě tuberkulózy. V práci jsou uvedeny morfologické vlastnosti bakterie, včetně patogeneze a onemocnění, které způsobuje. Pozornost je dále věnována zejména diagnostice se zaměřením na molekulárně biologické metody. Bachelor thesis is focused on acid-fast bacillus Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is the most common etiological agent of infectious disease in the world tuberculosis. It deals the morphology characteristics of bacterium, including pathogenesis and diseases that causes.
