Tato práce pojednává o analýze nákladů na jakost ve firmě DC catering s.r.o. Cateringová společnost klasifikovala náklady na jakost a jejich hodnocení. Díky této práci firma dokáže analyzovat náklady, o kterých v minulosti nevedla žádnou evidenci jako např. náklady na životní prostředí, náklady na kontrolu, prevenční náklady. Abstract:
This thesis disserts upon the quality-cost analysis in the company called DC catering ltd. Catering company had clasified the quality cosi; and thier evaluation. Therefore, the company is able to analyse the costs of which it has had no evidence before, e.g. environmental costs, inspection costs, prevention costs.
