Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řízení organizací sociální práce, s větším zaměřením na personální oblast. Cílem této práce je komparace a zhodnocení manažerských funkcí u vybraných organizací sociální práce. Výzkum probíhal ve spolupráci se čtyřmi organizacemi, které poskytují sociální služby. Ve výzkumu se jedná především o zjištění úrovní managementu a způsobu naplňování základních manažerských funkcí, kam patří plánování, organizování, personální řízení, vedení a motivování lidí, a kontrola. Práce je členěna na pět hlavních kapitol, a to na úvod do sociální práce neziskových organizací, základní vymezení managementu, manažerské funkce, na metodologickou část a na empirickou část. První tři kapitoly práce se zabývají teoretickými východisky. Týkají se řízení organizace a ostatních aspektů, které s danou problematikou souvisí. V metodologické části je prostor věnován cíli výzkumu, výzkumné otázce a je zde nastíněna kompletní metodologie daného výzkumu. Empirická část diplomové práce se zabývá průběhem a celým procesem získávání dat, a jejich následnou analýzou a interpretací. Součástí jsou také charakteristiky organizací, které se na výzkumu podílely. Pod empirickou část dále spadá komplexní shrnutí jednotlivých dílčích výzkumných otázek a následně jsou veškerá zjištění shrnuta v závěru výzkumu.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the management of social work organization, with more focus on human resources area. The aim of this work is to compare and evaluate managerial functions in selected organizations of social work. The research was conducted in collaboration with four organizations which provide social services. In the research is primarily to determine the level of management and ways of fulfilling the basic management functions which include planning, organizing, human resource management, leadership and motivating people, and control. The work is divided into five main chapters and an introduction to the social work of nonprofit organizations the basic definition of management, management functions, to methodological part and empirical part. The first three sections deal with theoretical background. They concern the management of the organization and other aspects that relate to this topic.In the methodological part the space is devoted to the research objectives, research question and there is outlined complete methodology of the research.The empirical part of the thesis deals with the run and the entire process of data acquisition, and their subsequent analysis and interpretation.Component parts are also characteristics of the organizations that participated in the research.Below the empirical part also includes a comprehensive a summary of each research questions, and subsequently all the findings are summarized at the end of the research. The empirical part focuses on the run, and the process of data collection and their subsequent analysis and interpretation.
