Práce obsahuje obecnou charakteristiku bilateralismu, jako nového prvku regionalismu. This work contains general characteristics of bilateralism as a new element of regionalism. Because Japan is the typical representative of bilateralism, this work aims at the approach of this country to regionalism, bilateralism and at list of Japan's bilateral agreements.
