Abstract:
Bakalářská práce Vývoj trestního práva v období socialismu nastiňuje vývoj trestně právních předpisů a rekodifikaci trestního práva v letech 1948-1989. Cílem práce je poukázat na změny v tomto období a nastínit ucelený přehled nově vznikajících kodexů na území Československé republiky, kdy trestní právo prošlo významným vývojem.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis of Evolution criminal law in season of socialsm sketch Evolution of criminal law rules and recodifikation of criminal law in years 1948-1989. Goal of work is point to change in this season and draft compact know ledge of the new arising codes in area of Czech republic, when criminal law passed important evolution.
