Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o platbách spojených s nájmem bytu. Cílem této práce je analyzovat a srovnat právní úpravy v současném občanském zákoníku a občanském zákoníku z roku 1964. V úvodní části jsou popsány koncepce obou právních úprav nájmu. V hlavní části práce jsou podrobně rozebírány jednotlivé druhy plateb. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the payments concerned with the lease of flat. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare the legal regulations in current Civil Code and those in the Civil Code of 1964. The conceptions of both legislations are described in the opening chapter. Individually are payments closely described in the main part of the thesis.
