Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na oblast bezhotovostního platebního styku. Cílem práce je charakteristika bezhotovostního platebního styku a rozbor relevantní právní úpravy. Těžiště práce spočívá v rozboru některých segmentů bezhotovostního platebního styku.
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the issue of non-cash payments. The aim is to characterise non-cash payment system and to analyse relevant legislation. The focus of the thesis lies in the analysis of legal form of certain segments of non-cash payments.
