Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Komunikace se žáky s poruchami chování" popisuje specifika chování a komunikace dospívajících s poruchami chování se zaměřením na žáky odborného učiliště. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se autorka práce věnuje výkladu pojmů, jako jsou komunikace, poruchy chování, problémové chování aj. Dále autorka analyzuje nároky na učitele v interakci s žáky s poruchami chování a formuluje doporučení pro vhodnou komunikaci. Diplomová práce je zpracována na základě dostupné odborné literatury. Zahrnuje návody, jakým způsobem ve škole jednat s jedinci s jednotlivými poruchami chování a několik příkladů z praxe. V jednotlivých kapitolách se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku poruch chování, z čehož nejrozsáhlejší je část věnovaná hyperkinetickým poruchám, které patří mezi velmi časté poruchy chování u dospívajících. Práce je koncipována jako spojení teorie s praktickou částí, proto je zde i stať, kde jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky získané z dotazníkového šetření. Praktická část se zaměřuje na šetření, zda vyučující na odborném učilišti mají zkušenosti se žáky s poruchami chování a zda zvládají správnými komunikačními metodami krizové situace mezi nimi a žáky s určitými poruchami chování. V praktické části se autorka zabývá informovaností učitelů o poruchách chování dospívajících žáků a o schopnosti s nimi správně vést komunikaci a jednat. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno formou techniky dotazníku. Dotazník je zaměřený na komunikaci pedagoga s žáky s poruchami chování.

Abstract:

This Master's thesis engages in communication with pupils with behavioral disorders with a view to students who are educated at vocational schools. It is separated into two elementary parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the author presents some conseptions like communication, behavioral disorders, behavioral problems etc. Also the author analyses titles on teachers in interaction with pupils with behavioral disorders and she creates the recommendation about accetable communication. The thesis is compiled from the scientific literature. It contains some instructions how to speak with students who have various behavioral disorders and also some examples based on the practise. In the single chapters is this work intented on a characterization of the behavioral disorders whereas the most extensive part is devoted to hyperkinetic disorders which are the most common behavioral disorders in teen ages. This thesis associates theory with practical part, that is the reason why there is a treatise where are the results which has been gotten from the questionnarie. In the pracital part takes place a research in which is investigated if teachers from vocational school are skilled in work with students who have behavioral disorders and if they manage to solve the critical situations by correct communication between them and students with the behavioral disorders. In this part of the thesis the author engages in teachers if they are informed about behavioral disorders enough and about their abilities in right communication with these pupils. The research was done as a questionnaire. The questionnaire is intented on communication between teachers and students with behavioral disorders.
