Christmas Tree Cultivation On Agricultural Land - From Starting Point To Shaping

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá především tvarovacími technikami při pěstování vánočních stromků. V práci je zmíněn nynější stav produkce v Evropě i v České republice (dále jen ČR). Dále jsou uvedeny vhodné dřeviny pro pěstování vánočních stromků a jejich charakteristika z praxe. Jsou zmíněny aktuální agrotechnické postupy při produkci vánočních stromků. Je uvedena legislativa. Využití pěstování vánočních stromků jako ekonomicky výhodné plodiny zvláště v erozně ohrožených lokalitách. Možnosti pěstování vánočních stromků v agrolesnických systémech a možnost produkce vánočních stromků ekologicky. Pro diplomovou práci byl založen výzkum na tvarování terminálních výhonů na jedli kavkazské. Byly naměřeny údaje ze tří různých metod a ty následně porovnány a vyhodnoceny. Tato Diplomová práce se snaží dát přehled a možnosti pěstitelům vánočních stromků.

Abstract:

The thesis deals mainly with shaping techniques used in the process of growing Christmas trees. The current state of production in Europe and in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the CR) is mentioned in the thesis. Plants suitable for Christmas tree production and their characteristics from practice are also mentioned. The thesis also refers to current agrotechnical methods in the production of Christmas trees, as well as relevant legislative. Utilization of Christmas tree cultivation as an economically advantageous crop, especially in erosively endangered localities, is referred to. We introduced possibilities of growing Christmas trees in agroforestry systems and the possibility of producing Christmas trees ecologically. Research on the shaping of terminal shoots on Caucasian fir was set up for the purpose of the thesis. Data from three different methods were measured and then compared and evaluated. This thesis aims at providing an overview and possibilities to Christmas tree producers.
