Práce se zabývá problematikou nedovoleného ozbrojování z pohledu trestního práva. Pokouší se o stručný popis historického vývoje, rozbor některých pojmů skutkové podstaty a vymezením hranice mezi přestupkem a trestným činem. The dissertation deals with the issue of illegal possesion of firearms from the perspective of criminal law. It tries to briefly describe its historical development, analyse its terms and to determine the line between an offence and a criminal act. It also deals focus on the liability of legal entities.
