Debt Forgiveness Legal Arrangement according to Insolvency Law
Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám nejen problematikou oddlužení, ale také dalšími možnostmi řešení úpadku dlužníka, přičemž praktickou část práce směřuji k institutu oddlužení z pohledu všech subjektů, účastnících se tohoto řízení, a také kladu důraz na pochopení jednotlivých postupů orgánů v insolvenčním řízení, a to od jeho začátku až do samého konce.

At my bachelor´s work I deal not only with issue of discharge of debt but also with other possibilities of solving a bankruptcy of debtor, while the practical part of my work is aimed at discharge of debt from the perspective off all the entities involved in this proceeding.
