Abstract:
Práce se zabývá postupy správce daně při daňové kontrole v souvislosti se změnou procesně právního předpisu. Cílem práce je popsat přínosy a negativa změn právní úpravy a navrhnout změny postupů správce daně při daňové kontrole.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with procedures of a tax administrator during tax inspection in connection with a change of the process legal regulation. The target of the thesis is to describe both benefits and negative aspects of legal form changes and to propose changes in procedures of the tax administrator.
